are not able to hold your place for the retreat until we receive BOTH your registration form and your deposit. If you are registering for multiple people or multiple retreats, you will need to submit one registration form for each person and one registration form for each retreat.
CANCELLATION POLICY -- MUST READ!*Retreat cost includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. If for some reason you are not able to attend the original retreat you signed up for we are more than happy to transfer your deposit to another retreat. Be sure to submit your request to transfer in writing (e-mail) at least 15 days prior to the retreat you are unable to attend. Due to hotel/banquet restrictions, any cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the retreat date will result in a complete forfeit of the deposit and we are unable to issue a refund or transfer said funds to a future retreat nor can the funds be gifted to another retreat attendee.
