CANCELLATION POLICY -- MUST READ!
*Retreat cost includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. If for some reason you are not able to attend the original retreat you signed up for we will transfer your deposit to a future retreat. Be sure to submit your request to transfer in writing (e-mail) at least 15 days prior to the retreat you are unable to attend. Due to hotel/banquet restrictions, any cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the retreat date will result in a forfeit of the deposit. We are unable to issue a refund or transfer the deposit to a future retreat nor can the deposit be gifted to another retreat attendee. Even in the case of an emergency. The balance after deposit, if any paid, will be transferred forward.
